What is the determination of FIT?
FIT is Free Independent Travellers which means a small number of tourists (usually lesser than 10 person traveling together) who take Planned Tours / Ad-Hoc Tours at a time.

What is Planned Tours?
Planned Tours is the category of ATT tour products that is programmed as per the standard proposed itineraries. It could be obtained from ATT website at www.fun2holiday.com.

What is Ad-Hoc Tours?
Ad-Hoc Tours is the category of ATT tour products that is specially designed based on your preferred plans, which the tour packages are not listed in our Planned Tour packages. You may fill up your requirements on our D.I.Y. page and leave our contact details enable us to reach you on further actions. You may also call us at our hotline number at 03-2692 7979 and our team will be more than happy to assist in planning for your trip. 

I have children traveling with us, and what will be the price for them?
You may choose to take the child's price at the category of CWB & CNB. CWB is Child With Bed and CNB is Child No Bed. Child category of pricing is only valid with the minimum 2 adults staying in the same room. Maximum number of child in a room is depending on the each and individual hotel's policy. If a child staying in a room with only 1 adult, that particular child is paying on the cost of Child Share Twin.

What is the booking procedure?
You may submit the booking form via online or call us at our hotline number 03-26927979 to make the reservation and our dedicated Customer Service Team will be advising you the procedures as well as the documents needed upon reservation.

What is Free & Easy package?
Free & Easy package contains hotel accommodation, return airport hotel transfers and daily breakfast. The number of night is varies, depending on the package that we are offering. The return airport hotel transfers are normally on SIC basis.

What is SIC basis?
SIC is Seat-In-Coach which is arranged on sharing basis. The shared arrangements could be for the tour arrangements or transfer arrangements.

There are some packages stated Min 2 to Go or Min 4 to Go. What does it mean for?
It is the minimum number of pax required travelling at a time on selected packages offered by ATT.

What is your package’s meal plan?
There is the indication in the itinerary for BLD which stands for B = Breakfast, L = Lunch and D = Dinner. There is also HB and FB plans which are determine as Half Board and Full Board meal plan respectively. HB meal plan could be either consist of Breakfast + Dinner or Breakfast + Lunch. FB meal plan is consist of Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner.

I am not a Malaysian passport holder. Can I join your standard tour packages?
ATT tour packages are valid for Malaysian passport holders only and we will have to quote you the same tour package by requesting the rate based on your nationality.

Can you make the arrangements for my tourist visa?
ATT usually be able to make the visa application for Malaysian passport holders only. However, other nationality is advisable to get the consultation and enquire the visa requirements directly from the embassy.
